The subject of activity of MS Mutual Funds Society (MS TFI) is the creation and management of investment funds. The Society works from the second half of 2010, on the basis of the authorization granted by the Financial Supervision Commission. Presently MS TFI manages MARS Closed-End Investment Fund and MS PARASOLOWY Open-End Investment Fund.
The Fund manages the portfolio of majority stakes in 14 private equity companies. They comprise companies from the sector of shipbuilding and ship repair, manufacturers of offshore steel structures, as well as companies whose main assets are real estate properties.
MS Parasolowy is an umbrella fund that contains 3 sub-funds. The fund invests monies through a public offer to purchase share in securities and money-market instrument as well as other property rights specified in the Act and in the Articles of Association.
At this point, participants of funds managed by MS Mutual Funds Society can check the current status of their assets, make transactions on shares, as well as see the latest documents.

Beginning of the year is exceptionally busy time for MSR Gryfia Shipyard. In both locations – in Szczecin and Świnoujście – intensive works are conducted onboard different vessels. What is more, the order book for repairs if full for few next weeks.
All docks and quays in Nauta Shiprepair Yard are full. At the shipyard’s premises, you can see the most modern ships, such as Vole Au Vent, as well as more traditional vessels – like sailing ship Dar Młodziezy (Gift of Youth).
On November 17th, Nauta Shipyard launched a newly built partly outfitted fishing vessel for its Danish client. It was the sixth launching ceremony in Newbuilding Division this year.
In MS Mutual Funds Society we apply the Principles of Corporate Governance for institutions supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. The Principles of Corporate Governance are a set of rules that determine the internal and external relations of supervised institutions, including the relations with shareholders and clients, their organization, the functioning of the internal supervision and the key internal systems and functions, as well as statutory bodies and principles of their cooperation.
